Registration and Substitution Policies for Certified Lead Auditor Training
The Certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 Lead Auditor Training Courses are open registration to the first 10 students per RAB rules. Course cancellation or transfers must be received in writing 30 days prior to the course start date in order to receive a full refund or credit to a future course. No refunds will be given within one month of the course date unless a replacement is submitted. However, you may designate a substitute in writing any time before the course. Please note: Registrations are accepted on first-paid, first served basis and are not guaranteed for “hold spots”.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy - Effective March 26, 2008.
Registrants who are unable to attend a course may, by letter or e-mail, at any time before the course begins, designate a substitute or transfer their registration to the next scheduled class. To obtain a full refund, please submit your notice of cancellation by letter or e-mail at least 10 business days before the course begins. Once a course begins, no refunds will be provided; however, these funds may be transferred to one other course within one year of the original course start date. Only one transfer will be allowed. If it becomes necessary to cancel any course, ABS Consulting Training Services will notify you at least one week before the course begins and promptly refund your tuition or, if you wish, enroll you in the next scheduled class.
Courses are subject to cancellation, and course dates and locations are subject to change. Under these circumstances our liability is limited to reimbursement of tuition only. Funds placed on "hold" must be used, transferred, or refunded within one year of the cancellation date.
