Course Description
Learn to perform compliance auditing of your process safety management (PSM) and risk management program (RMP) systems in accordance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Note: We recommend that attendees with good PSM regulatory knowledge take the 2-day version of this course and that all others take either the optional first-day regulatory refresher (included in this course) or the Process Safety Management Course, which provides a more in-depth review of the PSM requirements. The Process Safety Management Course, or equivalent, is a prerequisite for the auditing portion of this course.

Perform Efficient and Effective Compliance Audits
This course will help you audit your PSM and RMP programs’ compliance with the OSHA regulation (29 CFR 1910.119) and the EPA rule (40 CFR 68). We will help you design audits that not only verify compliance with regulations and standards, but also identify weaknesses in the design or implementation of your PSM/RMP programs. You can use an audit to ensure that your PSM/RMP programs operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.
