Course Description
This course provides you with the keys to maximizing the operations department’s contribution to the reliable operation of a facility. In this 2-day course you will cover key aspects of Conduct of Operations (COO) such as operating procedures, communications, training, operator routines, configuration control, and investigation of abnormal events. Workshops will demonstrate how to make these practices a way of life in the operations organization.
