This course is not only a requirement for those who conduct internal quality audits, it is also essential for Senior Management, Quality Managers and Line Management striving to be part of a successful and effective Quality System.

- Process and System Approach to quality management – an introduction to eight quality management system principles and explanation how they are related to the ISO 9001:2008.
- Audits – an explanation of audits, their purpose and planning, and the way to approach, perform and report the audit.

- Auditing Tools – the various tools that are available to assist auditors.

- The concept of system mapping and its benefits in planning an effective internal audit programs.
- The characteristics of an audit report that bear on its quality and the need and importance of positive reporting of the audit results.
- The importance and nature of effective communication in the audit process together with the possible obstructions or barriers to effective communication including psychological issues and cultural sensitivities.
