Course Description
It is intended that participants will be provided with an understanding of the document control requirements including the user requirements, characteristics of the documents that define their usefulness and the function of the documents and records in the quality system. It is intended that this course will highlight the benefits of documenting the quality management system and that this will contribute towards preparing quality system documents efficiently. This is an interactive course that includes workshops and exercises.

This course is designed for all levels of management and whose responsibility it is to implement new systems or maintain existing systems. It will also provide those who have had limited exposure to the Quality Management and ISO9000 with valuable information on what documentation is really required for a Management System. |
