Course Description
This course trains delegates in third-party audit requirements, against the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5. In addition, the course includes all relevant aspects of auditing within the food sector. Attending this course allows you to gain an in-depth and practical understanding of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) audit requirements, with particular reference to audit management and consistent report writing.

This course includes interactive workshops with various case studies, role playing exercises, and a 2.5 hour final exam. For those who
pass the examination, a BRC Certificate will be issued.
All participants must have their own copy of the BRC Global Standard - Food (Issue 5) during the course, as a copy will not be provided.
A working knowledge of Quality Management and HACCP systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector is essential. |
