Course Description
OSHA compliance directive CPL-02-09-06 on "PSM Covered Chemical Facilities National Emphasis Program" (Chemical NEP) was published on July 27, 2009, and can be viewed or printed at http://www.osha.gov/OshDoc/Directive_pdf/CPL_02_09-06.pdf. ABS Consulting has reviewed this directive and has written a summary with comments on the ABS Consulting Web page for Chemical NEP.
