Registration and Substitution Policies for Certified Lead Auditor Training The Certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 Lead Auditor Training Courses are open registration to the first 10 students per RAB rules. Course cancellation or transfers must be received in writing 30 days prior to the course start date in order to receive a full refund or credit to a future course. No refunds will be given within one month of the course date unless a replacement is submitted. However, you may designate a substitute in writing any time before the course. Please note: Registrations are accepted on first-paid, first served basis and are not guaranteed for "hold spots." Substitution/Cancellation Policy You may designate a substitute or transfer your registration in writing any time before the course begins. To obtain a full refund, please submit your notice of cancellation in writing at least 10 business days prior to the course start date. If you cancel in writing after that time, but before the course begins, you'll receive an 85% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations or transfers received on or after the course start date. Please note: Courses are subject to cancellation and course date and location may change; in these circumstances our liability is limited to reimbursement of tuition only. Funds placed on "Hold" must be used, transferred or refunded 1 year from the date of cancellation.
